The Intensive Canine Search & Leadership Programme is a condensed version of the full leadership course, designed to deliver a high-impact team experience in a shorter time frame.

Across two to four sessions, students are introduced to the specialist pods that make up a working search team. Rotating through each pod, they experience the responsibilities, communication, and decision-making required to support a successful search.

The programme is fast-paced, immersive, and highly practical, giving students a powerful introduction to teamwork, leadership, and real-time problem solving through search dog training.
