Cancellation Policy
Our free discovery calls are designed to help you learn more about our services and decide if we’re the right fit for you, your dog, or your group. What to Expect: Each call lasts up to 20 minutes Conducted via phone or video (you’ll choose your preference at booking) No pressure or commitment—just a friendly chat to explore options and answer your questions Who It’s For: Dog owners curious about starting mantrailing Existing clients looking to progress Schools or businesses interested in workshops Anyone unsure where to begin! Cancellations & No-Shows: We understand things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Missed calls without notice may result in the booking option being limited in future.
